Monthly Budget Payments
Choose an easy monthly budget payment starting at $50.
The amount you choose will be billed to you on a monthly basis, or automatically charged to your credit card. The billed amounts may be used for telephone support, on-site or system consulting, or regularly scheduled classroom training at TSC's office in Seattle. If your usage exceeds the credit balance of your account we will bill you the difference. All budgeted payment amounts must be used in each 12 month period.

 

1/2 Price Consulting
Up to 5 days of on-site consulting at your office each year at 1/2 our regular rate. This low rate is unheard of in the iMIS Reseller community. Our normal travel expense billing policy will apply to all out-of-town trips.

 

iMIS Best Practices
Are you getting the most from your iMIS and its features?
As soon as you sign up for the Client Care Program you are eligible to order an iMIS Best Practices consulting engagement. We will come to your office and spend up to two days auditing your iMIS usage and internal iMIS procedures. At the conclusion of the study we will deliver a report identifying opportunities to improve your operation, and a cost-benefit analysis of each opportunity. The report will cover new member sign-up, dues billings and payment processing, meeting registration processes, mailing cost savings, and opportunities for Internet member services. The cost for the study is $1500 plus travel. Even a small improvement in one of your mailing costs or payment processing operations can easily pay back this investment. At regular rates this study would cost almost $5,000.
