Implementation - Right the first

iMIS 15 Upgrade and New Installation

If you buy iMIS from
TSC we will work with you, and keep you current with us, every step of
the way to insure your installation is smooth and successful. Here's how
we do it:
On Site Visit:
We come to your office and spend all the time necessary with key
executives and staff to learn exactly what you need and want your iMIS
system to do.
Implementation Design:
TSC will produce a document from our on site visit recording
our findings, and describing how they will be accommodated in the iMIS
installation, set-up, and data conversion. You review the document, and
we work with you until it meets your approval. You must approve the
Implementation Design before the project progresses beyond this stage.
Necessary customizations, custom reports, and iMIS Extender Modules are
identified and specified at this step.

Test Set-up and Conversion:
We set the system up and convert your old data in a test system for
your review and approval. On-site, we install the iMIS software and
review the test system with key executives and staff to insure it is
exactly the way you want it. If there are changes needed they can be
detected and easily corrected at this stage.
Final Conversion and Cutover:
On a scheduled Wednesday night you stop entering new information in your
old system and send us the data. We run the conversion programs and
bring the converted data, now in iMIS format, to be installed on the
following Monday morning. We install the data and move right into
training.

iMIS User Training:
Training is conducted at your site and is a combination of
class room hands-on training using materials drawn from our iMIS course
library, and sessions customized to your organization's people and their
needs.
